The Xylem-Bell & Gossett 112026 Airtrol Tank Fitting ATF-20 is used in hydronic HVAC systems in boilers to control the interaction of air and liquid in compression tanks of 20 diameter. It sets the correct starting point in filling the system and releases air into the compression tank during operation, and restricts the cooler return during off cycles. It is installed at the tank connection with an air separator to stabilize pressurization and ensure the effective functioning of heating and cooling systems.
