Description
The York S1-028-12498-000 Inducer Assembly Gasket is used to ensure no leakage between the inducer assembly and the combustion housing in HVAC systems. It creates a compressed seal between surfaces, and it does not allow the leakage of air or exhaust gas. Airflow movement occurs through the combustion pathway. This shape of sealing is in line with the mounting surface of the inducer fan assembly and the housing adjacent to it. It is located at the interface with the inducer assembly and helps to seal the combustion airflow pathway appropriately when the heating is on.
