The Johnson Controls VB-3966-2 is a types of two- way, one side NC solenoid valve that assist in management of the fluid in HVAC systems. The VB- 3978 KF solenoid valve has an essentialflow coefficient than that of VB-3966-1 with 3.2 Cv, meaning that is more suitable for the middle flow in HVAC applications. It has inverted flare connections (0.5”) in the case of the piping attachments. The equal percentage flow is an essentialcomponent.The VB-3966-2 is suitable for liquid temperature between 35°F and 281°F so it is suitable for most HVAC application like chilled water, hot water or condenser water loop.
