Description
The York 025-38523-000 Voltage Transient Fuse is a protection device that guards HVAC equipment against voltage spikes and electrical surges. This has a current of 5A and a voltage rating of up to 600 VAC which makes it ideal for most high-voltage conditions. The primary purpose of this fuse is to guard delicate elements and circuits of HVAC appliances including air conditioning and heating systems from short, sudden, and temporary fluctuations in voltage that may be lethal to such systems. To prevent these failures and extend the duration of the equipment, York 025-38523-000 shuts off the circuit when it senses an excessive voltage.
