Why Replace Your Flue Gas Gasket?
A compromised flue gas gasket can allow combustion byproducts — including carbon monoxide — to escape into the equipment cabinet or living space, creating a serious safety hazard. Routine inspection and timely replacement of this gasket is essential for safe, efficient system operation. Using a genuine OEM part like the Midea 7826553 ensures the correct material composition and dimensional accuracy for a lasting seal.
