Description
The MARS 11090 Motor Start Capacitor 430-516 MFD 250-220 V is an electrical component to transmit surge of phase-shifted current to initiate motors in HVAC systems. It discharges electrical power to enhance initial torque and minimize the load on motor during starting. This capacitor is mounted in the motor control compartment and is connected to initial winding of motor to ensure accurate regulation of the motor. In HVAC systems, it assists in initiation of compressors, fan or pump by optimizing the operation of motor during the initial rotational acceleration.
