The Lennox 12L52 Heating Element Assembly is a replacement part for the Lennox electric furnace. This assembly has an 8.0 KW electric heating element with a circuit breaker for safety measures in case of a short circuit. This electric heating element consists of a resistance through which electrical power is converted to heat. This heat is then transferred to the air circulating within your furnace, to provide your home with the warm comfort it needs. The circuit breaker is incorporated into the device to protect against electrical overload and is included during operation. This assembly has a maximum heating capacity of 8.0 KW or 27,300 BTU making it ideal for heating medium-sized homes.
