Description
The Johnson Controls VG7281NT is a two-way, normally open globe valve which has an application in hydronic and HVAC systems. This valve is a 1” cast bronze valve that uses sweat connection for its easy connection to the copper tubing. When energized, the valve is open to allow free flow of the fluid through the pipe line. Closing is just as easy, a push down action relieves a spring and halts the flow. This normally open design is useful in that it guarantees that the system will never freeze up or overheat in the event of a power cut. The VG7281NT has an attached Cv rating of 11.6, which gives it its flow capability.
