How It Works
The hydraulic separator acts as a low-velocity zone where primary and secondary circuits meet. This low-velocity chamber allows differential pressures between the two loops to equalize, preventing the primary pump from interfering with secondary zone pumps — and vice versa. The result is a more efficient, balanced hydronic system with reduced wear on all circulating pumps.
