Description
Henry Technologies 7834 Low Gas Pressure Switch Overview
The Henry Technologies 7834 (LGP-D) is a manual reset, double-pole double-throw (DPDT) low gas pressure switch engineered for reliable gas pressure monitoring and safety shutoff in commercial and industrial HVAC and combustion systems. With a sensing range of 10–50″ water column (“wc), this switch provides precise, adjustable protection against low gas pressure conditions that could compromise burner performance or system safety.
Key Features
- Pressure sensing range: 10–50″ water column (“wc)
- Manual reset operation — requires deliberate operator action to restore after a trip event
- Double-pole double-throw (DPDT) switching for versatile circuit control
- 1/4″ NPT process connection for easy inline installation
- 1/8″ NPT vent port for safe venting of the reference side
- Designed for low gas pressure detection and safety lockout applications
- Compact, robust construction suited for demanding HVAC and combustion environments
Application
The Henry Technologies 7834 LGP-D is ideal for use in gas-fired heating systems, commercial boilers, burner management systems, and industrial combustion equipment where continuous monitoring of gas supply pressure is critical. The manual reset function ensures that a qualified technician must investigate and clear a fault condition before the system can be restarted, adding an important layer of operational safety.
Connections
- Process connection: 1/4″ NPT
- Vent connection: 1/8″ NPT
