Description
The Conbraco Industries 62-103-01 1/2” Ball-Cone Check Valve is designed to be a stainless steel valve that will prevent backflow in piping systems of HVAC systems where only forward flow is desired. It depends on a spring-loaded ball which lifts when the fluid flows in the right direction and opens to let it through while closing tightly against the wrong way when pressure is low. This design helps reduce the damage to the product, increases product life, and decreases the frequency of maintenance required. The advantages of the valve are low-pressure drop, energy saving, and a solid design that could allow the valve to operate under different conditions.
