Description
The Belimo B308 3-way characterized control valve is used for flow control in HVAC systems. Measuring 1/2 inch in size and having a Cv of 0.46, this valve controls the mixing or diverting of hot or chilled water in air handling units, fan coil units, and other heating or cooling systems. The valve includes a characterizing disc that modifies the flow Features to equal percentage type to improve the control stability and response, mainly at part-load conditions. This design reduces the first spike in flow when it is opened and improves the functionality of the design.
