Description
The Aaon R51690 is a 1/6 horsepower, 460-volt, 825 RPM electric fan motor built primarily for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. The fan in cooling systems moves cool air around the room. In contrast, it facilitates the distribution of warm air in heating systems. In cooling systems, the fan forces air over the evaporator coil, enabling the refrigerant to absorb airborne heat. It drags air over the heating element in heating systems so that the air can warm up before being distributed. For the motor to run, 460 volts of electricity are needed. The motor is made to endure hard circumstances and continuous operation in demanding commercial and industrial settings.
